Instead of requesting for pay up-gradation of LGC and HGCs, we should focus on latest proposal of GOI reg. change of nomenclature, as GOI itself had given an opportunity to the CSS cadre after long time. Most of the CSS departments have already changed the nomenclature of the LDC and UDCs Like; MES, Central Secretariat etc. Once more we should write a letter to GOI through ACC branch, PB along with mobilization of signature of all LGCs and HGCs in this regard with inclusion of previous references and assurances given by ministry of Finance. Letter should be short and brief . with regards Chandra Shekhar-HGC
